Details:
1. We support the client to increase the awareness of their company and products and to offer them an “entrance” to the German-speaking health care market based on the qualified database and service from voWi. For this purpose, the client transmits the necessary technical data, a brief description of each product and product images. voWi does not act on behalf of the client or in the name of the buyer. voWi only presents the clients’s company, product or service through voWi’s email campaigns.
2. The following services from voWi are part of this order and depend on the selected duration:
2.1. Sales-Tool by Email for 6 months
- The client is part of voWi’s email campaigns, i.e. voWi sends at least 6 email campaigns showcasing products/services of the client to voWi’s clients/contacts based on the database of voWi Consulting with 1 of the client’s products and a short presentation of company of the client including a contact person representing the client and a link to the website/products of the client. (max. 500 characters + 1 product picture). The number of emails in each campaign may vary depending on the current state of the database.
- The email campaigns are sent in German language. The customer can provide voWi the desired content in English or in German (other languages will not be accepted). If the content is submitted in English, it will be translated into German by voWi. The design, number of characters, translations and all other formatting of the email campaigns are at the discretion of voWi.
- voWi informs the client when an email campaign has been carried out by sending one of the sent emails to the client.
2.2. Sales-Tool by Email for 12 months
- The client is part of our email campaigns, i.e. voWi sends at least 12 email campaigns with products/services of the client to voWi clients/contacts based on the database of voWi Consulting with 1 of the client’s product and a short presentation of company of the client with contact person and link to the website/products of the client. (max. 500 characters + 1 product picture). The number of emails in each campaign may vary depending on the current state of the database.
- The email campaigns are sent in German language. The customer can provide voWi the desired content in English or in German (other languages will not be accepted). If the content is submitted in English, it will be translated into German by voWi. - voWi informs the client when an email campaign has been carried out by sending one of the sent emails to the client.
3. voWi is not responsible for the sale and transport of the client’s products. The closing of the sale is incumbent on the client by invoicing the buyer. In case of sales, there are no additional costs to the client such as commissions.
4. voWi commits itself to maintain secrecy about the business and trade secrets which have become known from the client over course of its activities. This duty of confidentiality continues even after completion of the order. Documents that voWi has received or will receive from the client over the course of its work are stored carefully and protected against the inspection of third parties. In the exertion of its activities, voWi acts loyally and according to the principles of good faith. voWi takes care of the business with the diligence of a proper businessman. voWi is not responsible for the content of any of the data and information provided by the client.
5. The client provides voWi with all the correct documents necessary for the performance of its work. The client hereby expressly declares that he is an authorized supplier of the manufacturer(s) or the manufacturer of the object(s) to be sold, that they have not already sold or pledged the object(s), and that the respective sales objects are not the subject of a rental or leasing contract, or that third-party rights to the sales objects exist. Likewise, it is the responsibility of the client to keep all information made available to voWi permanently up to date.
6. It is the responsibility of the client to fulfill the legally required sales regulations, certificates and other legal requirements for their products and services within the respective country or region.
7. By purchasing a monthly subscription, the client agrees to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee for the period he chooses (6 or 12 months). The client assume responsibility for all recurring monthly payments until he cancels his subscription (see 8.).
Our monthly fees are:
Sales-Tool by Email for 6 months: 169,– €/30 days
Sales-Tool by Email for 12 months: 129,– €/30 days
8. If the client wishes to cancel the service, he may cancel his subscription at any time up to 30 days before the expiry of the period chosen by him in writing by sending an e-mail to info@medsalesbooster.com. If the client does not cancel at least 30 days before the end of the chosen period, the subscription will automatically renew again for the period previously chosen by the client.
